Provide exceptional guest service at a Playland candy stand while processing transactions and operating a point-of-sale system. This includes serving a variety of food items to guests, and operating a variety of equipment. Perform the cleaning duties and upkeeping of work areas

Prepare, stock, and deliver foods for Playland candy stands. This is a physical role which requires an ability to mop, sweep, and lift food & beverage inventory of up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Prepare and dispense food items in a fast paced environment while adhering to safety and sanitation policies. Work with peers to stock the preparation area with all required food supplies, and ensure kitchen area is kept clean at all times.

Knowledge of kitchen operations & food safety guidelines. Comfortable around the grill and in a hot enviroment.

Provide an excellent guest experience by engaging with guests, encouraging them to play, and monitoring gameplay. Duties include selling games, processing monetary transactions, prize distribution and maintaining displays.

Provide a safe environment for staff and guests by ensuring that washrooms, picnic areas, attractions, and all other spaces on the Playland site are maintained in a clean and debris-free manner. This is an active position that will see you getting in lots of steps on every shift!

Must be able to work independently, and comfortable walking for majority of shift time.

Support various roles such as ticket sales and scanning, answering questions and issue resolution, greeting guests, cashier roles for rentals and sales of various items, and so much more!

Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner, while providing a timely service. Monitor food levels to ensure items remain in stock and assist with both setup and take down BBQ Buffets after service.

Prepare and grill a variety of foods for BBQ Buffets. Provide relevant food information regarding dietary restrictions when requested. Maintenance of the BBQ areas by following food safety standards. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a timely service.
