Playland and Fair Seasonal Recruitment Process

  1. Apply for the job posting online!
  2. If selected for the next stage, you will be receiving a survey from the People & Culture team, to provide your availability, and select your preferred positions.
  3. If you have been shortlisted, you will be receiving an invitation for a virtual group interview.
  4. Our group interviews are structured to be fun and engaging, there are no wrong answers! This is also a great opportunity to meet your future team members.
  5. Offers go out through our portal to those who have been selected.
  6. Training and Onboarding! You will receive communication from your department manager, to schedule your onsite training, as well as schedule shifts.

 

What about Uniforms?

We will provide you with a schedule to our Employee Services office where you will receive the following:

  1. Uniform items based on your role at Playland/Fair
  2. Employee ID Card
  3. Name Tag

Please ensure to return your items at the end of season!
