Venue Access
Access to the venue is from the west side.
You can walk to the entrance via Miller Drive, walking south east from parking lot 7, or west from parking lot 9, or walking north east from parking lot 1 closest to Hastings and Renfrew streets.
Parking
Parking is available at Gates 9, 2 and 6 for $25 per vehicle. If you are arriving via Renfrew street, please allow extra time as there is road construction which may cause congestion.
Bag Policy
The PNE is moving towards a no bag policy and is currently only allowing small bags and clear bags at our venues. Bags larger than 8.5x11 inches (a standard piece of paper) will not be allowed at the concert.
Exceptions may be made for diaper bags and medically necessary items. All bags will be searched upon arrival.
In and Out Policy
Re-entry is not permitted for any guest upon leaving the venue.
Cashless transactions
The PNE uses cashless procedures on site for retail and food and beverage. We accept credit/debit and recommend that you use your tap enabled cards, or Apple Pay/Google Pay on your mobile device.
Guests without cashless purchase options may visit the Guest Services booth and load a PNE gift card using cash. Gift card purchases are non-refundable, do not expire, and remaining balances can be used during future PNE events. Minimum gift card load of $20.00.
Outside food
For the safety of all of our guests and team members, outside food and beverage will not be permitted on site.
