Neighbourhood Focus Group
You Asked, We Responded! Beginning in 2025, the PNE Community Engagement team will begin hosting two Open Houses and two Neighbourhood Focus Groups annually to strengthen our dialogue with neighbours and better understand what matters most to you.
Our first Neighbourhood Focus Group takes place on June 7, and we want you at the table!
Session Details:
Saturday, June 7
- 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- PNE Hastings Room
Agenda
- 15-minute welcome and overview
- 1-hour breakout into small groups (choose your topic when you register)
- Refreshment break
- Group wrap-up and feedback session

- Park Stewardship:
Explore how we can work together to protect, enhance, and activate the parks and greenspaces at Hastings Park for everyone’s enjoyment. - Events Impact:
Share your experiences and ideas on how PNE events affect the neighbourhood and how we can continue to minimize impacts while maximizing community benefits. - Community Engagement:
Help shape future community connections by discussing ways the PNE can deepen dialogue, collaboration, and responsiveness with our neighbours.

Each participant can sign up for one discussion topic per session.
