Minimakers innovative camp seamlessly blends the excitement of amusement park thrills with the wonders of science. What are the hours of the camp?

  • 8:30am to 4pm

What should I know about drop off and pick up?

  • Drop off time is between 8:30 and 9am.
  • Pick up time is 4pm. Please notify us if you will be late to pick up. Late charge may apply.
  • We must receive a completed registration form prior to the first day of camp to allow entry.
  • Drop off and pick up is facilitated by Minimakers staff.
  • Please indicate on the registration form the contact information for all guardians/authorized pick ups. We will only release children to those on file.

What does my child need to bring?

Here is a helpful list of things to bring:

  • Weather appropriate clothing
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Sunscreen
  • Change of clothes
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch and snacks (nut free – following “school rules” ie. nut free)
  • Backpack for personal items

How many children usually attend?

  • We have 30 available seats for ages 5-7 and 30 available seats for ages 8-12 per week.

What is the ratio of kids to adults?

  • Minimakers strive to work within a 6:1 ratio of children to instructors. We feel this is ideal given the types of activities we engage in.

Is this mostly held outside or inside?

  • The Minimakers Explorers Camps are held both indoors as well as outdoors at the covered AtmosFear event tent. From there, campers will explore STEM concepts, amusement park rides, carnival science and more!

What is the cancellation policy if a child is sick etc?

  • Us at Minimakers understand that plans change, children fall ill, and sometimes attending a camp is not feasible anymore. That said, In order to make sure we can provide the best experience for everyone and in order to deliver on our promises we must secure instructors,
    materials, and facilities well in advance so we do not offer refunds for our programs. However, we can offer to exchange the missed camp for another current camp at our other locations, or for a camp in the future.
