Ingredients
1/4 CUCUMBER
1/6 RED ONION
1.5 lg, 20 sm TOMATOES
3-7 Leaves BASIL
20 x 1″ FOCACCIA CUBES
10 pc BOCCOCINNI
1 Whole PEACHES (SKINNED) Sliced
2 T LEMON VINAGRETTE
Instructions
1. Toast Focaccia Cubes with butter until golden.
2. Chop to desired size all vegtables,
3. Combine in a large bowl, toss with dressing.
4. Finish salad with basil and boccocinni.
