Ingredients
2 Beefsteak tomatoes ( wedge chopped)
2 heads cooked corn
1 peach (cubed)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 OZ Feta (cubed)
1/4 cup Honey Vinaigrette recipe
Instructions
- Remove corn from cob
- Place tomatoes, corn, peach in bowl and mix
- Toss in dressing and feta
- Season to taste
