    Animals
    No pets are allowed with the exception of permitted Companion and Seeing Eye dogs (must be kept on leash at all times).

    Bank Machines
    We have up to six ATM machines. They are located near sections R, Y, Z, J and C and near the First Aid office.

    First Aid
    First-aid services are available during all events from staff specially trained in emergency first-aid procedures.

    Lost & Found
    If you have lost a personal item while attending an event at the PNE please call the PNE’s Lost and Found hotline at 604-251-7717 or email lostandfound@pne.ca. Be sure to leave your full name, contact number, the date and event you lost your item and a full description of the item. Every attempt will be made to locate the lost item and you will be contacted only if the item is found. The PNE does not reimburse patrons for lost or stolen items.Note: all lost & found or checked items will be destroyed or donated if unclaimed after 30 days.

    Ticket Information
    The Ticketleader box office is located on the south side of the Pacific Coliseum on Renfrew Street and is open two hours prior to most concerts. Regular in-person box office hours.

    Accessible Seating
    Wheelchair and Attendant seats are located on the concourse level above the RED seating areas in sections D,X,K,Q,B and Z. The Attendant seats are located directly in front of the wheelchair spaces in row 19 of the RED seats. There are a total of 24 wheelchair and 24 attendant seats, when the full Coliseum setup is used.

    Children Rules
    Everyone must have a ticket. Babes in arms (6 months and under) are admitted free but not encouraged.

    Food & Beverage

    The PNE provides an assortment of food and beverage services. Please note that the venues are open based on event and capacity. If you’re interested to know what will be open for a specific event, you can contact us at 604-253-2311.

    Triple O’s Restaurant
    The Triple O, located on the south end of the concourse level, features your favourite legendary White Spot selections made with high quality, fresh ingredients. From burger combos to their signature fries, Triple O’s serves it up fresh and fast!

    Concession Stands
    Can’t leave the game without having a hot dog? Conveniently located on east, west and north sides of the upper concourse, the Coliseum concession stands serve traditional hot dogs and bratwursts that will hit the spot every time! Also featured are game time favourites including hot nachos with cheese and salsa, chicken strips, french fries, popcorn, candies and soft drinks.

    Popcorn
    Craving munchies during the game? No problem! Our popcorn stands, located on the east and west side of Centre Ice, serve hot buttered popcorn by the cup or by the bucket! Freshly popped every few minutes, and topped with hot butter, your taste buds won’t be able to resist! CASH ONLY.

    Parallel Coffee
    The Pacific Coliseum proudly serves 49th Parallel coffee, Americano’s, Lattes, Cappuccinos, mochas and more. Located west of the Triple O’s. A caffeine addicts mandatory stop.

    Pizza Pizza
    Tantalize your taste buds with mouth-watering pizza choices, chicken and other tasty snacks including chicken strips and fries. Located along both the east and west sides.

    Bars
    Molson, Parallel 49, Heineken, Cider, Palm Bay, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, highballs and wine; all can be found at our beverage stops conveniently located on both the east and west side of the upper concourse at Centre Ice. Purchase a ticket and visit our friendly bartenders for your favourite beverage.

    Fresh-Made Sandwiches
    Looking for something filling and tasty, but not fried? Check out our selection of gourmet Fresh-Made Sandwiches located on the upper west side concession.

    Fundunkers Donut Shop
    Fundunkers is home of the famous PNE Mini Donut! Savour the sweet taste of cinnamon and sugar-covered mini donuts along with a tasty assortment of specialty coffee blends. Located west of the Triple O’s.

    16,123 for sports events.
    17,150 for concerts.
    Seating Layout

    The Pacific Coliseum is divided into 3 main levels as follows;

    Reds:
    The Reds contain rows 1 to 19. Rows 1 to 11 are portable and may be removed for certain events. Row 12 has a railing and ample leg room. Seat 1 is on the left, and the high seat number (e.g. 16) is on the right.

    Concourse Level:
    The concourse is at street level and contains wheelchair spaces and standing room areas. There are also standing room areas at the very last row of the Blues (above row 45).

    Blues:
    Even numbered sections start at row 1. Odd numbered sections start at row 2 (except section 25, which starts at row 1). The first few rows are slightly obstructed in places by the walkway railings, but only on the end seats of each section (seats in the middle of the sections are fine).
    Floor:
    For concerts there is also a Floor set up containing 3 main seating areas.

    Fan Behaviour

    The Pacific National Exhibition would like to create an enjoyable and safe experience for all attending our events, both on our grounds and inside the stadium. We want all those attending our events to enjoy the experience in a responsible fashion.

    Guests who demonstrate inappropriate and disruptive behavior, including the following, are subject to being removed from the premises:

    • Excessive consumption of alcohol
    • Alcoholic beverages brought onto PNE property. Any attempt to bring alcohol into the stadium will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and will result in the Guest being ejected
    • Obscene, offensive or abusive language or actions
    • Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures
    • Dangerous, abusive, profane or illegal behavior
    • Unruly or inconsiderate behavior
    • Indecent exposure or undressing
    • Wearing obscene or indecent clothing
    • Interfering with security procedures
    • Interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the field or throwing any object onto the field or on the stadium premises.
    • Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat
    • Video taping/audio recording of game
    • Selling tickets or other merchandise on stadium property
    • Handing out goods or literature not pre approved by the Pacific National Exhibition
    • Any other conduct that is beyond the bounds of reasonable behavior for spectators attending a professional sporting event.

    Each guest should hold his or her ticket stub and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify their seat location.

    Pat Down Policy

    In order to provide a safe environment, you and your belongings may be searched upon entry. By tendering the ticket and entering, you consent to such searches. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry. Also, the premises are monitored by video camera, please be aware that your movements may be recorded.

    No Smoking Policy

    In accordance with the Vancouver Park Board Smoking Regulation By-Law, all buildings within the Pacific National Exhibition are non-smoking facilities. As such, guests are only permitted to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the buildings. Please note – there are no in and out privileges.

    Prohibited Items

    • Weapons of any kind
    • Anything that could be used as a weapon or as a projectile
    • Bottles, cups, jugs or cans of any kind
    • Fireworks, flares, or other pyrotechnics
    • Alcoholic beverages of any kind, narcotics or other illegal stimulants
    • Flagpoles or banner poles of any kind
    • Any sort of animals other than trained guide dogs for the visually impaired
    • Balloons or inflatables
    • Any promotional or commercial materials not pre-approved by management
    • Spray cans, corrosive, flammable substances, dyes or receptacles containing substances which are harmful to health or are highly flammable
    • Mechanically-operated instruments which produce an excessive volume of noise such as megaphones, air or gas-powered horns
    • Laser pointers
    • Cameras, video cameras or other sound or video recording equipment
    • Computers or other devices used for the purposes of transmitting or disseminating sound, pictures, descriptions or results of the events via the internet or other forms of media
    • Other objects which could compromise public safety and/or harm the reputation of the Event

    General

    Do you have accessible seating?

    Do you have disabled washrooms and where are they located?
    Our disabled washroom is located on the west side of the main concourse on the right side of the food concession area. All other washrooms have wheelchair access stalls.

    Is there a smoking area while attending an event at the Pacific Coliseum?
    In accordance to the Vancouver City Health bylaw we are a non-smoking facility. As of
    November 1, 2012 the Pacific Coliseum is a non-smoking venue with no smoking areas available outside.

    Do you provide baby change areas?
    We provide baby changes tables in every washroom.

    Where are the locations of your cash machines?
    We have up to six ATM machines. They are located near sections R, Y, Z, J and C and near the First Aid office.

    Do you have on-site parking for events?
    The PNE has over 3,000 on-site spaces for parking. Prices vary depending on the event. We have over 150 on-site disable parking spaces located at Gate #6.

    Who do I call if I have lost or found an item at the Pacific Coliseum?
    Call 604-251-7717 for lost and found items, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm or email lostandfound@pne.ca.

    Are we allowed to bring our cameras into the building?
    Cameras are permitted for hockey only. Flash photography is NOT allowed. During all other concerts or events please check your tickets or the events section of our website.

    What time do the doors open for any event?
    The doors open one hour prior to the start of the event. (For example: if a concert starts at 8:30 pm the doors will open at 7:30 pm.)

    How can I rent the building for an event?

    Can I rent the ice?
    The Pacific Coliseum ice can be rented out for groups of 50 to 200 people, making it great for corporate outings, hockey games and private parties. Click here for more information, or call the Group Sales department at 604-252-3663.

     

    Food and Beverage

    Can I use my charge cards at the concessions?
    The following locations accept cash, credit and debit: Pizza Pizza, Triple O’s, East and West Hotdog stands, all bars on the upper concourse. All other concessions only accept cash.

    What time does the Pacific Coliseum TicketLeader box office open?
    The TicketLeader Box Office, is located on the south side of the Pacific Coliseum on Renfrew St. For ticketed events, the Box Office opens 2 hours prior to the event start time, the Box Office is closed otherwise. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.ticketleader.ca or by phone at 604-252-3700. The call centre is open Monday-Friday 9:30am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm and Sunday from 12pm-4pm.
