Playland 2025 Season Passes are on sale now!

Play your way at Playland! Whether you’re looking for adrenaline-pumping rides, family-friendly fun, or delicious treats, there’s something for everyone. Opening May 17, Playland is where your summer excitement begins!

Playland Season Passholders get the ultimate access to Vancouver’s favourite amusement park, on public operating dates, at the cost of less than three admissions (select dates May to Aug 2025). Season Passholders also receive additional special perks!

June 27-August 15: Open Wednesday-Sunday from 11AM-5PM

*Open select Fridays and Saturdays until 7pm in June, July & August.

ThunderVolt Launch Coaster

Built by Zamperla, the ThunderVolt experience carries 12 passengers at a time through a supernatural environment with extraordinary animals, graphics and lighting that pulses as the ride system charges, leading up to its launch. The three-car train blasts off with 1.3 Gs of acceleration through an illuminated tunnel, up a steep incline before an 18-meter drop.

Guest Services

The PNE wants your visit to Playland to be as enjoyable as possible.

We recommend that all guests visiting Playland purchase tickets in advance online through Ticketleader.ca. Select your date and follow the steps to secure your ticket. TicketLeader accepts credit and verified debit cards. To connect with a TicketLeader call centre team member to pre-purchase your tickets over the phone, please call 604-252-3700. For ticketing questions or ticketing resolution, please come see us at Guest Services, located inside Gate 13. Alternatively, please email us or give us a call!
If you have trouble accessing your digital tickets, please make note of your order number and connect with Guest services either in person or via phone or email.
Your ticket is valid only for the date and time indicated on it. Before arriving at Playland please ensure you have either printed your ticket or downloaded the “print at home” PDF to your mobile phone. There is no free WIFI available at Playland. Please present the original ticket file, and not a screen shot of it. To help with ticket scanning, please turn the brightness on your phone to maximum, and enlarge the bar code section.
Playland uses cashless procedures on site for retail and food and beverage. We accept credit/debit and recommend that you use your tap enabled cards, or Apple Pay/Google Pay on your mobile device.
